Balmoral is an inner-city suburb of Brisbane and is situated just 9 kilometres away from the Brisbane CBD. Balmoral surrounded by the suburbs of Bulimba, Morningside and Hawthorne and is widely considered one of Brisbane's premiere suburbs.
