January 2020. We had five quotes and Craig was in the middle. His confidence and easy nature was what convinced us. It was a trying dig with little space, storms, heatwave and us getting bold and adding variations. Craig was respectful and patient with us as we messed up his schedule. He kept good records and was very fair with the extras. It was a good experience. We ended up with something far greater than we originally planned. We love our pool as well as new entertaining area.

This is my fourth pool build and by far the least stressful. All major building projects come with their challenges, it is how you deal with them that makes the difference. Our pool is quite complex, having infinity edge, glass spa and full electronic automation. Unlike most tradesmen Craig was always available whenever I called with queries and changes were never a problem. The end result is outstanding. I couldn't recommend Craig highly enough.
